Bloom is a welcoming social club dedicated to connecting passionate individuals through memorable events. We cultivate meaningful relationships and channel the collective energy of our members to support impactful companies, inspiring everyone to bloom where they are planted and thrive together.
Meet Natalie Lenci
Natalie Lenci is a creative operations leader and project manager who has spent over a decade building the behind-the-scenes systems that make iconic brands shine. Most recently, she led creative operations at Ralph Lauren, where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets, oversaw new store openings across North America, and drove the visual storytelling behind some of the brand's most celebrated moments, from the Olympics and the US Open to the PGA Tour. A standout highlight was serving as project manager for quarterly store decorative rollouts across 16 tier stores: building out design concept, sourcing props months in advance, managing the decorative budget, coordinating vendors and logistics, and aligning cross-functional teams to bring each concept to life in stores nationwide.
Her career has taken her through some of fashion's most storied names like Levi Strauss & Co., Old Navy, Kate Spade New York, Janie & Jack, and Ralph Lauren.
Beyond her career, Natalie grew up immersed in nonprofit work, leading initiatives with Key Club, Breakthrough T1D, and Link Crew, including helping drive donations and marketing for the T1 Diabetic One Walk in 2019, early proof of her belief in bringing people together for something bigger than themselves.
A San Francisco State University graduate in Design & Merchandising who also studied at Milan's Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, Natalie now brings that same blend of creativity, organization, and heart to Bloom, helping cultivate meaningful connections and memorable experiences for the community she serves.
Natalie is the kind of person who makes complexity look effortless as she believes that great work lives at the intersection of beauty and strategy.
Meet Lauren Madeira
Lauren Madeira is a venture capitalist, entrepreneur, and community builder passionate about bringing exceptional people together through meaningful experiences.
As the founder of Daydreamer Journal and co-founder of Bloom, Lauren has spent years helping founders, creatives, and leaders transform ideas into action while cultivating authentic relationships that support both personal and professional growth.
Her work spans early-stage investing, brand development, product development, community building, and personal growth, with a belief that meaningful connection is one of the most valuable assets we can create. Through Bloom, she is helping build a modern social club where relationships flourish, opportunities emerge, and people are inspired to bloom where they are planted.
