Natalie Lenci is a creative operations leader and project manager who has spent over a decade building the behind-the-scenes systems that make iconic brands shine. Most recently, she led creative operations at Ralph Lauren, where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets, oversaw new store openings across North America, and drove the visual storytelling behind some of the brand's most celebrated moments, from the Olympics and the US Open to the PGA Tour. A standout highlight was serving as project manager for quarterly store decorative rollouts across 16 tier stores: building out design concept, sourcing props months in advance, managing the decorative budget, coordinating vendors and logistics, and aligning cross-functional teams to bring each concept to life in stores nationwide.
Her career has taken her through some of fashion's most storied names like Levi Strauss & Co., Old Navy, Kate Spade New York, Janie & Jack, and Ralph Lauren.
Beyond her career, Natalie grew up immersed in nonprofit work, leading initiatives with Key Club, Breakthrough T1D, and Link Crew, including helping drive donations and marketing for the T1 Diabetic One Walk in 2019, early proof of her belief in bringing people together for something bigger than themselves.
Natalie is the kind of person who makes complexity look effortless as she believes that great work lives at the intersection of beauty and strategy.

Lauren Madeira is a creative entrepreneur, conscious investor, and mindset mentor who has spent nearly two decades turning ideas into brands, products, and communities designed to move people forward. Her work lives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and human connection, with a belief that the strongest businesses are built not only around what they create, but around how they make people feel.
Throughout her career, Lauren has worked across brand development, product innovation, visual storytelling, community building, and mindful business strategy. She has consulted for global brands, guided live community initiatives at companies like Twitter, pitched original product concepts to retail giants including Baby Phat, DVF, Macys, HSN and Amazon, and mentored emerging founders through early-stage funding, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Lauren later turned that same creative lens inward to build The Daydreamer, beginning with the Daydreamer Journal, a daily clarity companion that grew into a larger platform centered around mindset, self-trust, meaningful connection, and turning ideas into action. Through live experiences, workshops, and community initiatives, she has continued to create spaces where people are encouraged to think bigger while staying grounded in who they are.
At the heart of Lauren’s work is a genuine love of connecting people. She believes some of the most important opportunities begin with a conversation, an introduction, or simply getting the right people into the same room. That belief became part of the foundation for Bloom.
Lauren is the kind of person who sees possibility in people and ideas, and believes that when creativity, connection, and intention come together, meaningful growth follows.
